AGC Range Orientation

Once you have joined one of the 35 AGC associated clubs, you will need to attend an AGC Orientation to learn about the rules of the range and become familiar with the facilities.  After you have completed this orientation you can purchase your AGC range badge.

Use the entrance off Wards Chapel Road and park in the guest parking area located next to Marriottsville Rd.  This is the main entrance for the range and not AGC Lane as some GPS directions may lead you to.

The Orientation will start promptly at the scheduled time in the Barnes Building. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to sign in, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will need to reschedule.  If you have trouble finding the correct location, look for the RSO wearing an orange shirt, hat, and/or vest.

Orientation fee is $10 per participant, which must be paid when you register. Payment is non-refundable.

Ear and Eye Protection are required. If you do not have Ear and Eye Protection, we offer earplugs for $1 a pair and eye protection for $3.

Bring a Pen.  You will need one to fill out the AGC Range and Safety Orientation Affidavit.

Dress for the weather and mud.  Orientations will take place rain or shine.  Please be prepared for wet grass and possible muddy conditions as we will be walking a good deal and the property may be wet. Bundle up in cold weather and bring water in hot weather.
